My colleague and I ordered meals at around 13:05. He first ordered his meal at which time the lady just ignored him on request for a coke zero. When I ordered my meal as I am not familiar with the menu I said I wanted a chicken burger the one with the fillet breast. She just walked away. Without helping me. A asked her if she 's not going to help me she started shouting at me at which point I asked her why is she shouting. I then asked for the manager and someone else to help me and she replied she is the manager with a attitude.
