KFC
No SERVICE at all

I visit the same KFC about 2 a week and it has become a regular problem. The branch have just been upgraded but I think they must upgrade their staff and service before upgrading the branch. I wanted by a a.m snacker this morning and I was informed no eggs due to machine broken, no a.m benedict as their is eggs in and machine broken. I order a chicken mayo brown bread toasty with cappuccino. Order was placed at 07:09, when I arrived at the collection window (using the drive thru) my cappuccino was ready but no food or staff member visible. I waited for 8min before I revived my order and buy then my cappuccino was cold. When I complained I was told that the machines are broken and they are trying to get hold of the technician to repair. when I open my order I noticed that the bread was cold and not even toasted. bad service
