Selling Customer expired food

I went to KFC (Sand ridge square) drive thru in the morning (04/06/2013) to purchase Toasted chicken mayo on brown & a cappuccino, When I open the sandwiches pack the bread with chicken mayo was is pieces, I drown back to complain the lady that serving me made a new one and I went back to my car to eat, when I was about to eat I notice that bread is off/ it's got bread mould, I went again to ask for my money, because I was not happy & i didn't trust her & what else i will get from them, This is not what I'm expecting from a franchise.

Please ensure that this never happens again because this is how you will lose loyal clients.
