BUG in Milk Tart, Cold food&drink, lack of service

My husband and I sat at table 092 last night at Cappucinos Menlyn. I ordered a Horlicks which ARRIVED fairly cold. I had to send it back for reheating. Next our food came, both my and my husband's stromboni's were cold. The waiter disappeared and I had to call a manager to have it heated again. The food came back without a knife and fork and I had to wait until the food was cold again to get a knife and fork to eat. Next we ordered 2 cappuccinos a milk tart slice and a chocolate caramel cake slice. Only one cappuccino arrived, and she left. When she came back with the cake and tart I asked her; where is my husband's cappuccino? She then brought his cappuccino which arrived when he was already half way done with his cake. The best part of all was when I ate my milk tart; A LIFE BUG CAME OUT WALKING ON THE MILK TART!!! She then took it away and asked me if I wanted another piece!! NO THANKS, No more bugs for me. THE WORST PART IS THAT I WAS STILL CHARGED FOR THAT MILK TART!! NEVER AGAIN, I will not return to Cappuccinos again!! Poor Service, Cold food and drink, and if you desire extra protein in your milk tart: BUGS!!!
