This morning I stopped for a cappuccino at the Seattle Coffee Company in Fourways at the Caltex Garage.
Everything went well until I sipped my cappuccino in the car and realised that it was cold. When I went back to them, I received an attitude from the gentleman working there. When I told him that my cappuccino was cold, he told me that it was as a result of the creamin it. I thought that in order for it to be cold, purely for that reason, they must have thrown A LOT of cream in there. The whole thing was cold. He asked me if he could warm it up for me, which I presume meant put it in the microwave. I said to him that it wouldn't taste the same. His first response should have been to apologise, which he never did. He then should have asked me if I wanted a new cappuccino or if he could refund me my money. His attitude continued. And I could see he didn't want to help me. The lady working there also gave me an attitude. They served everyone that was there before me, before they even considered helping me. I had to wait for everyone else to be helped first. I was scared I would be late for work. When I received it, it was still not at the temperature it should have been.
