Pathetic service :-(

Good day.

I am frequent customer of kfc but I have never experienced service like a received today (03/11/2013)

Firstly instead of being greeted at the first window of drive through. I was told " whats your order" thereafter after giving my order I was told "cash or card, if you are paying cash go pay there"

At the next window I paid for my order and was then given the incorrect size meal. I ordered an upsize zinger man box. ( around r70 If I am not mistaken?) I received the meal with small chips with small cooldrink.
When I queried this the lady at the window called one o fthe "management" staff who proceeded to tell me "if u want upsize then give me r14". No apology or anything.

When I received the new meal I exited the drive through but as I checked my change I realised it was ten rand short. I parked my car entered the kfc and requested to see a manager.
I explained that the change was short and he hardly seemed to understand what I was saying as he repeatedly said " what are you talking about" which I found very irritating and rude as I explained very clearly.
Eventually another manager came and slanmed 5x r2's on the counter and they both walked away.
