Utterly disgusted and Stinking bad attitude

I'm utterly disgusted at the service i received last night, went to KFC around 21H00 which is supposed to be open for 24Hrs, the doors we already closed when i got there... ordered Box master meal and i was told they dont have then ordered Sweet chilli twister, then again they dont have... they had the Grilled burger meal, then i opted for it. paid with a debit card when i received the till slip vwas 21H03 then proceeded to the next window to collect the order, waited over 5 min without being helped... lady was busy talking to her colleagues without attending to me. when she came to the windows she was so rude that she didnt even greet me, all she told me was that the order would be ready in 3 min. waited for over 5min again then i started getting irritated, called the lady to the window and she ignored me. When she finally decided to attened to me, she just said they will refund me, my ques was why am i being refunded after spending 20 min at KFC? my money was short then when i asked for my full refund i was told i didnt order from her so she doesnt know. when i said im going to lodge a complaint, she said she doesnt care, i wouldnt be the first one to complain and wont be the last
