Incorrect order - again!

Last Wednesday, I placed the following order at the drive-thru window: 1 Wicked Zinger Box Meal, 1 Fully Loaded Box Meal, 1 Lrg Mash and Gravy, 1 Lrg Coleslaw, and 1 Sprinkle Pops.

Instead of receiving a Wicked Zinger Box Meal, I received TWO Fully loaded Box Meals, as well as two regular coleslaws instead of one large coleslaw. I only realised the mistake that was made once I got back home. I wasn't willing to waste MY time and petrol to go back to the store to correct a mistake that was not mine.

I was charged R61.90 for the Wicked Zinger Box Meal that I ordered, but go the Fully Loaded instead (usually charged at R59.90). Therefore, I lost money due to your staff's incompetence.

As a customer, I should be able to trust that your staff can do the simple job of putting my order together correctly, and I shouldn't have to check it myself. This is especially difficult to do when I'm at the drive-thru collection window, since there are other people queueing behind me, and I don't want to have to check my order is correct and waste their time as well.

The Weltevreden store used to be the best I've ever visited, but slowly the quality has begun to degenerate. I want an explanation!
