Attitude and bad service

I bought food there yesterday I went trew the drive trew and I gave the lady my order and then the don't even ask a person if you want to give the money for charity they tell you. I also ordered with the food cream soda when I go to the next window to pay they don't have so the lady at the pay point that takes the money she said I only have 3 tipes so she does not ask she just gave me sprite I think that is bad they can't even as a customer they just give what they want the service in that branch is always shocking and the staff they need training including the management because they are adapting the bad habit from the management that branch off yours need urgent attention
