Pathetic service and attittude

The only reason i am posting this is because its not the first time. Last night was just the pits! i went through the drive thru at about 10h30pm and the call operator was putting so much pressure on me to place the order and i didnt even decide yet, she kept on screaming that the drive thru is going to close and theres 2min left. fact of the matter is that its not way to speak to a customer. nevertheless i stated my case when coming to the window to pay. then when collecting the order i check my bag coz usually they get the order wrong and i notice that there was a medium fries short. i explained to the lady that theres a medium chips missing, and she argues that theres not. the more im telling her that i ordered a medium mchicken meal and extra small fries she say no. so she realises when i show her my slip, she abruptly asked for the bag back and places the medium fries in there and then rudely gives bag back to me. not even an apology or anything and not even a smile. this is poor customer services and its not the first time. the manager needs to be aware of these things and he needs to address the issues.
