BAD SERVICE - required feedback on my RA

Good day,

I have been leasing with Liberty Life since 8 July 2013 and they still cannot provide me with propper awnsers on two Retirement Anuaties.

Senario:
# I have picked up they are in breach of the signed policies - monthly contribution as never increased annually

Feedback required:
# Liberty Life to provide propper feednack on the way forward and what options are available to rectify the current situation. This feedback must be on a Liberty Life letterhead and signed.
# the return on the two RA's is not clear and do not make sence although started on the same day
# EMV to be calculated on the new way forward

My way forward:
# complaint has been laid at there call centre on Thursday, 25 July 13. Promised to provided feedback by Friday, 26 July 13 (Contact Person: Siphesihoe) (STILL AWAITING FEEDBACK!)
# will contact Ombudsman of SA regarding current situation (to start with the process on Monday, 29 July 13)
# formal complaint will be laid at FSB (Financial Service Board) (to start with teh process on monday, 29 July 13)
