Bad service

Hi! It's went to KFC and the service I got from cashier by the name of naledi was ugly, she did not greet me, even tried to make conversation with her she kept herself serious, and dis not even ask me if m seatin or it's take away. I had to ask her 4 a tray and she told they don't have in a bad attitude, as if it's ma fault they don't have. What happend to customer service
