Checkers & Checkers Hypers
TELLERS CANNOT EVEN GREET

Its not the first time exxperiencing such poor service from the Checkers at Metlife Plaza. You get to the till, the cashiers can hardly greet you. the next thing they scan your goods, and ask you after they are done if you need a plastic.

Working at a customer service department, its come to my attention that they are either not well trained, have a bad attitude or simply forget what they were taught. As a consumer is dont want to come purchase in a store and feel as if they are the ones doing me a favour. I do understand that after working a long shift with different people can be frustrating but as a customer i demand excellent service everytime.
To make matters worse is when they continue to talk to one another (cashier and the packers) while you greet them and there is no response.

To the manager, please see to it that this is attended to because we love using checkers esp as FNB clients but cannot stand the service there.
