Cashier Needs a Happy Meal!

I had attended the McDonalds store at Pavillion on Friday 25-Oct-13 at 17:00.

We were in front of the line and the tray in front of us had the "monopoly" entry page so my boyfriend was excited and wanted to see what it was and had touched it and the cashier had snatched it out of his and snapped at him and told him "don't touch other people's tray". We had thought that was our tray as it was on the counter and we were in front of the queue.

My boyfriend had apologized and I has asked the cashier if we were also going to get one of those to which she arrogantly replied in an unfriendly irritated manner, "how do you know you are going to get one, I haven't started setting your tray yet" something rude to that effect.

Her attitude was uncalled for, unfriendly and sarcastic considering we had asked her a simple question.

The cashiers name was Khuzwayo.

I was not happy at all with the service. The manager needs to step in and keep a careful watch over their staff who conduct themselves as if they own the franchise, if they cannot control their staff, then their managerial skills must be questioned, because service such as that is totally UNACCEPTABLE!
