Disgusting attitude

This is the second time that I found it necessary to complain about the customer service received by the employees from the PnP at Bylesbridge Promenade. I was disgusted by the manner in which I was treated by a cashier, Mary and a packer, Vusi. It was just after 5 and was I eager to get some shopping done and to get home. I arrived at the till and started unpacking my basket, Mary did not greet me and got involved in a conversation with Vusi, whereafter Mary took up a further discussion with a fellow colleque. After I informed her that I was in a hurry, she ubruptly asked me if I wanted a bag and then ripped one from the container and to threw it hastely at Vusi, this happend twice. I repremanded her as I though her behaviour was totally uncalled for. Vusi then went on a slow strike and was not very interested in packing my items into bags, I obviously repremanded him to and then decided to pack my own bags as this would up the process. Their ill attitude was appaling and are these the type of individuals who do not deserve to be employed as they do not appreciate the fact they are some of the few lucky few who have the priviledge of being employed.
