Mochachos
MANAGEMENTS ATTITUDE STINKS!!!

Last night my fiance and I went to the Galleria Mochachos and was shocked at the behaviour of the staff before even knowing the manager was part of this. It started from the time we entered, noone was at the counter, they were sitting in the back relaxing I had to call out to someone to come serve me. The manager came front and took my order with a horrible attitude. When my order came (and late might I add, they definitely werent busy to take so long on 1 meal) I wanted a leg piece and not the breast piece and she refused to change it until my fiance made a scene. Then she says theres no chicken cooked we have to wait another 30mins. All this time the phone rang continuously and everyone is standing around doing nothing (and we think the place is busy when we call and cant get through). Dismal behaviour and from a member of management. I would rather go to nandos than get treated like im begging for food.
