Shocking Experience from THE MANAGER!!!

My friends and I decided to give into late night cravings. We drove just over ten kilometres to the mall. On arrival the store was rather full for a late night. Nevertheless as we wanted nothing more than so we braved out the line. Ten minutes before we got to the front of the line, yes we waited over ten minutes a total of over minutes standing in line. Sign was put up that the speed points we down. The lest we had cash. upon reaching the front of the line. We were told that we had not been standing the appropriate line. Told to join another line, all over!!! In a rather dismissive and lack of any regard. Treated as mere buggers. Upon requesting for the manager we were shocked to be told that the down right rude ignorant guy was the manager. Upon requesting his name, like a tyrant none of the stuff wanted to give out his name. We stormed out shocked, starving and utterly disappointment. The level of service in this country is utterly shocking and disgusting that such can come from manager!!! It will take a major turn of events before any of us visits the store again
