Not even the manager can help me

I went to the movies with my girlfriend on Saturday expecting a good experience.
We stood in the line for about 10 minutes before being told that we could move to a new line. So we moved to the new line and the sales lady was busy with a reimbursement because she made a stuff up with the previous customer. She then disappeared without saying anything to me, for about 5 minutes, she came back and the lady next to her told her that she had made a mistake with the reimbursement, So she disappeared again without saying a word to me.
The manager then came to help the lady in the line next to me, so I asked him if he could please help me and just sell me a ticket so I could go into the movie. He then said no the lady would come back now, and walked away. After 15 minutes of standing and waiting, she finally came back and did not even say sorry for making me wait.By this time it was already 5 30 and the movie had already started and I had not even bought juice or popcorn yet.

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever recieved! This is not the way you treat a customer!
