As it is Easter, there is a lot of shopping going on and everyone is rushing and shopping for winter clothes. The experience we had at Jet Stores Loch Logan was a horrible one, as the manager was rude to my mother.

We went shopping at 16:30 on 3 April 2013 and we were standing in line for close to an hour. There was only ONE cashier at the till points, and this is shocking for such a reputable store at PEAK HOUR TIME!

My mother went and spoke to the manager who was very rude and passed un called for remarks! My mother asked if there can't be more cashiers at the till points as this is a big store and the line was not moving, as we had been waiting for 50 minutes. Ms Petro Wuim then responds to my mother and says " Call the head office if you see a problem, I have nothing to do with the cashiers"

What a response! My question to Jet stores is: Do you have any training for ALL your staff members especially the supervisors as they must be equipped to handle customers! That manager had an attitude and was rude to my mother.

I am very disappointed at Jet stores, who are a part of EDCON. We will never return to Jet Loch Logan in Bloemfontein and we will tell friends not to go
