Why do you provide open hours?

So i login to debonairs' website to check the open hours so i can drive there to get something to eat. they state that the store is open from 9am. good i driver there at 10am, only to find the lady who works there telling me they open at 10:30. i mean i drove all the way here after seeing what their websites shows. is this how you guys portray yourself? it's a waist of my time and petrol to get there since well they don't deliver.
