Food in disgusting state

I ordered a Chicken Triple Decker, a tikka chicken large pizza and pop itz that Sunday 24 MArch 2013 for collection. When i reached home after collecting my order, my girlfriend found out the hard way (she had eaten half a slice already) that she was given a Beef Triple Decker. She does not eat beef. I phoned Debonairs Rondebosch and explained to them the issue. It would be a waste of petrol for be to drive back to Debonairs as it was their mistake so I asked them to deliver the new Chicken Triple Decker. At first they refused but when I insisted they finally agreed. I received the order after 20mins and when I opened the pizza box the pizza was in a disgusting state all over the box. It looked like someone sat on it!! It was too late to return it as the driver had left already. That was a waste of my time and money! I have a picture that shows in what state the pizza was!
