Why is it never working

I have went to the Tramshed branch a couple of times now where you stand in the line and give your order but after you have placed your entire order and want to pay with your bank card you just get "oh our machines not working" there is no sign that notifies you of this or being told so before you waste your time standing in a lunch time line. The other day as well i decided to sit down and eat at Nandos Tramshed, a lady brought my food for me with no cutlery, i asked her please can i have cutlery to eat with she turns around and takes it from a dirty table and hands me the cutlery. i asked how am i suppose to eat with dirty cutlery she said "oh you can see its not been used". That is disgusting! im so fed up with Nandos Tramshed! You also never get what you order if you order a leg you will get a breast part and you always have to ask can i please have a butter for the roll i orderd, they will never give like they suppose to.
