Bad service

I placed my order and a wrong order was given. I showed the lady my till slip and I wanted a mild wrap and they gave me lemon and herb, then she took the food away and brought back the same wrap and they just added mild sauce on top and the wrap was all over the place. I expect to get good quality food for my money and this Nandos could care less about the service they give you. I am a fan of Nandos but this one didn't live to my expectations. They don't have enough cutlery and we didn't even get glasses for our drinks.
