Terrible sevice at top Resturant/Take away

As per normal, myself and 2 colleagues visited Nandos, Newton Park PE, for lunch. As we go there often and we have become familiar with the good service we always get, I was left surprised with the service we got today. The order was made up of 3 quarter chicken, chips and a roll. The chicken pieces were half the size we normally get, the chip portions were very small and they served the roll with no butter/margarine. After enquiring about the butter the Waiter answered me, " they were waiting for supplies", but did not even offer us any replacement. I had to ask for normal butter that were supplied to us later. On the table were no Tomato sauce, no serviettes and only enough cutlery for two persons. This have been my favourite Restaurant for the last year and I doubt if I would be going back there very soon.
