Terrible and dirty

My wife and I regulary went to cuppaccinos, at least twice a week. But the service got worse and the cutlery dirtier. At the beginning they we're quite good but now nothing more than a bad experience. You don't get what you order, the waiters aren't trained properly and you get filthy cutlery. If you complain about something like hair in your milk and a dirty cup, the manager just laughs it off and tell you mistakes happen! Just last week I had to meet somebody for lunch, again I got a dirty glass when i ordered a sandwich, the waiter confirmed my order twice yet brought something else i didn't order. Again the manager thought sorry would do it. Rather stay away, the owner is never around and rest of the staff not up to scratch. Much better restaurants in the area!
