Dissappointing Service

We went to the Beachcomber restaurant yesterday for lunch. Being such a hot day, the restaurant was pumping but that doesn't excuse the bad service. We waited ages for a waitress and when we did order, she kept forgetting to bring items that we ordered. She was extremely unfriendly and unapproachable. When our food came, we had to ask for cutlery and condiments and then she didn't even bring enough cutlery for a table of 5 so my children just ate with their hands, no point trying to call the waitress as she kept disappearing as well. The food was really good despite the fact that it was cold by the time we received our cutlery and condiments. The worst part of our entire experience was the SHATTERED GLASS all around our table. This is a family beach restaurant where everyone is barefoot!! I had 3 barefoot children with me and it is totally unacceptable. Beautiful setting but seriously, the staff need an attitude adjustment.
