On 28/01/2013 I phoned to order and Irene picked up the phone. What a bad experience.
She couldn't even take down my address properly after 5 min I got so frustrated and ended up SLAMMING DOWN THE PHONE!
Today 29/01/2013 11:50 I phoned again to order and BANG... Irene picked up the phone again. 10 Min!!!
I kept myself calm and respectful until she started to repeat my address 5/2 baard? 53 baard? 5/3 baard? 5 baard? I mean seriously!
I would really like to know WHAT IS SO difficult about my address 53/2 Baard road Raslouw???
I then asked to speak to the manager on duty (I work part time at Thunder Ridge Spur and I know how important customer service is.) Irene then told me everything is fine and she has the correct address 5/3 Baard road??? I told her once again to speak to the manager, Johna then spoke to me and I lost it.
2 days in a row and still no food due to Bad Service and stupidity!
Thanks a lot. I will never make use of this place again or tell anyone about the nice food I used to love so much.
