From Late Food To No Food!

On Sunday, 10 March 2013, we order pizzas in the evening at about 19:00/20:00pm. It took 1hr 30 min to receive because apparently our food went to someone else's home. Upon placing the order, they confirm name and address so it was really bizarre how it went to another person. When we received our food, on the receipt we saw that our address had been striked in ink and another address was handwritten. Then on Saturday, 16 March 2013, we orderd pizzas at about 13:00pm. After an hour we called back to ask about the whereabouts of our order and they said that no order has been placed. Imagine placing an order again which would take another 1hr! Debonairs Signet Terrace, should spot check on the staff that take orders over the phone because if they could mess up our order twice, what is happening with other people that order and they don't complain about it???
