INCAPABLE GETS PROMOTED

I CANNOT BELIEVE THE INCOMPETENCE AND INABILITY TO TAKE DOWN A SIMPLE ADDRESS. THE DELIVERY ADDRESS!!! HAVE YOU EVER? I phoned wanted to start ordering from scooters to add a degree of diversity to our usual lunch orders. I phoned and the person could not even take down the address. I spelled it out to her and she came back with something TOTALLY different. At first I thought to phone back and speak to the manager - but SHE WAS THE MANAGER!!! one of her co-workers, called back to try and remedy the situation, I asked - if you cannot even get the address right what will happen if I give you a food order - the response was; "we would probably mess it up." I mean really. TRAIN YOUR FRICKEN' STAFF TO DEAL WITH THE GENERAL PUBLIC!!!
