Pathetic Drive through Service

I had a number for horrible experiences at KFC Bracken Square. A major reason to use the drive through is for convenience and mostly quick service. KFC bracken Square lacks both. I have been requested to wait in the parking area on several occasions after placing my order at the drive through counter. This defeats the purpose of a drive through. At times I would wait 15 to 30 minutes for my order and a number of tired accuses will be made. "We are off-line, we still need to grill the patty, your order is not a normal one, we don't accept cards at the moment and the queue is too busy". For a supplier of fast foods this is the most pathetic accuses in addition to unfriendly rude staff. Why are you in business if you are contradicting your justification statement to be in business? I will not recommend anyone buying from KFS's drive through's.
