Fingernail (hopefully) found in food

We ordered 5 quarter chicken meals as a take away and when we got home everyone decided to eat... Half way through eating, my boyfriend found a fingernail in his food. it looked as though someone bit off their nail and spat it... it was ghastly!! Utterly disgusting!! It's the second time we bought from this Nando's branch, the first time they completely messed up the order and refused to correct it
