Bad food

We often order Nando's from the Woodstock branch down the road. I'm not sure if they keep their bad food for deliveries because they think we're not there to complain and send it back, but 8/10 times we have to. If it's dry chicken livers (no sauce) sending extra hot when we specifically order lemon and herb to just the worst quality of chicken and chips. Today our order was accompanied by black dry re-fried chips along with a long gray strand of hair. This is utterly disgusting and unacceptable. I have had great meals from Nando's and i'm not sure if it depends on the staff on duty or the mood of the day.

We just received our replacement chips, which is just as old and dry and soaked in oil!!! UNACCEPTABLE!
