Dissapointed

I was extremely disgusted with my takeaway meal I had this past Friday night. My bun was old and hard, chips were reheated leaving them with a dry taste and no sauce or salt was provided after paying extra for the sachets. Please look into this as I enjoy buying from your branch. Thanks
