Food Poisoning from the Worst Franchise in SA

Just got back from the hospital with my wife having a bout of food poisoning from ingesting (I wouldn't call it eating, because that applies to food) Nandos. This particular one is found in Ruimsig, Roodepoort on the corner of Hendrik Potgieter and Doreen Road. If this was the only grievance I might not have even wasted my time but I have to give the in charge of their business model an insight into the mind of a consumer... Before last night it's been a year and a half since eating Nandos, which would equate to me eating Nandos once for every 40 times I eat any other kind of takeout food and the reason is simple... there is no value for the money I pay, my quarter chicken that I paid almost R30 for could not have weighed more that 150 grams, and the wing attached to it was in tatters. The sald I bought also for just under R30 could not have contained R4 ingredients. Nandos is a good example of a below par eatery that relies solely on a huge marketing campaign to generate sales. I don't know where they went wrong? Overheads and all that aside, chicken is THE cheapest meat around, yet NANDOS believes it's worth a LOT more. Anyway last night was just confirmation yet again.
