FINGERNAIL IN FOOD

I bought chicken livers from Nandos Ormonde, half way through my meal, I find a fingernail. I phone Nandos to speak to the Manager - Eddie comes to the phone and tells me that he will send a driver with another chicken liver meal. I mean really, how on earth can he do that. I phone the customer service, she advises me its the spices they use. So what was I really eating as I have never encountered spices that looks like human fingernails. I attempted several times to call the Manager Eddie back, to no avail. He finally calls me to confirm my address again, which I had to spell out several times. I then advise him that I want my money back as I cannot eat chicken livers that according to him was cooked on it's own. He stated that their policy is not to return money. I fumed and told him I am on my way to the outlet and will throw the food at him. I get to the store and Eddie is nowhere to be found where someone else want to interrogate me and was holding R40 in his hand. My husband took the money from him and we left the store. I am completely disgusted with Nandos and will make sure that everyone I know, never buys there again!
