Melrose Crossing Sandwich Barron disappoints again

Yesterday I ordered 2 sandwiches from SB Melrose. Firstly when placing the order I asked for no onion as I am allergic, and brown french which they didn't, and often don't have in stock. When we got the order, there was onion and the tomatoes were bad. When we called to complain the owner, Logan said that cannot be possible as they order fresh every day. I know a rotten tomatoe when I see and smell it and this was rotten. Logan then said we'll send a new sandwich AND they will give us free sandwiches the next day (Today). 2 hours later and still no replacement sarmi, I called, and none of the staff knew what i was talking about. The staff then told me that they were out of stock of rolls. When i called this morning, Logan said he never said anything about replacing the sandwich and again, argued about the off tomato. Eventually when he said he will replace it, i asked for the free one as promised and he said he never promised a free sandwich. This call was at 11:30 and now at 2:00 the sandwich has just been delivered. When I told logan i will report SB MC on hello peter he said he doesnt care and I must do as I please. Its a bad attitude to have when your quality is so poor.
