No Customer service from Cashier & Manager :(

Shocking service from Nomusa and her manager at wimpy carnival city. it's supposed to be a takeaway, but when one waits approximately forty-five minutes for two dagwoods... that's just ridiculous. order was placed with Nomusa and we got our customer receipt (order number 171) and we waited as one would normally. then twenty minutes later she came back and told us that they did not have brown bread, as we ordered them with brown bread. they then sent someone to the garage to go and buy brown bread, at this time another twenty minutes had passed with still no order. at this stage they had given us our soft drinks, while waiting for them to get the bread and make two dagwoods.

when my brother asked the manager to refund us our money, she refused and told him that they were now busy with our order. the service delivery from the staff at wimpy carnival city is shocking! never in my life have i ever witnessed such rude staff / managers in my life.
