Bad attitude

I went to the store above to buy bread and when I got to bread shelf the brown Albany bread was finished, I went to the lady who was packing biscuit her name was Florah. I greeted her of which she kept quite. I asked if the brown bread have been received she said she doesn't work with bread and she doesn't know, I asked she could go and checked of which she told me that she doesn't work with bread and I should buy bread on the shelf.
A gentleman from Tigerbrands came pushing bread and I resorted to asking him as I wasn't registering progress with the stupid and bakery lady.
Teach you staff some manners and how to talk to customers. Florah is bad news for customer in fact she should clean the parking and now be in contact with customers.
