Waited 30 minutes for my order

I went to Wimpy Centurion Mall for breakfast. no one came to take my order, I eventually had to almost scream to get a waiters attention. Then I waited 35 minutes for my order to arrive, cold and the bread was not even toasted. I was late for my appointment so I just ate and left.
