No Salad and warm Bread for toast

I visited the above Wimpy on Sat the 30/03/2013, just after lunch time with my family and some friends. Our waiter was very accommodating in helping us to a table so that we could keep an eye on the kids. My complaint is as follows, after placing our order we waited close to an hour for our food and it was not at all busy as most of the lunch time rush had cleared. One of the items ordered as per the menu was the Hake, chips and (NEW) as per menu for the same price except you would get a French salad on the side. So when the food arrived, the waiter tells me that they don't have salad to make so sorry. What came with my order was chopped lettuce that was brown with a slice of tomato. Secondly my friend's husband ordered extra toast with his order and it did not come, when the waiter eventually brought it, it was after his meal and it was not toast, rather a warm slice of bread. He did not pay for it. We did not ask to speak at to the manager at the time, as we did not feel up to it. What I did mention to our waiter was that, what if somebody orders a salad, why could they not go up to a vegetable shop and purchase some to accomodate the customers who want salad?
