HORRIBLE, Pathetic and very bad customer service

I have never in my life experienced such a HORRIBLE, PATHETIC, REALLY BAD BAD BAD service!!!

My friend and i went to order birthday cakes on saturday at bread basket greenstone, the lady at the till showed us the catalogue, we made our choice and she called the lady by the name of Precious who did not even bother to respond. We waited for 10minutes and i decided to ask for the manager for assistance.

It was even worse with him (THE MANAGER), he only took the catalogue from us and told us he will be with us in a minute, which turned to 30minutes of waiting just to order cakes.

When i asked what's taking him so long - one of the staff members told us that he's busy with his own staff.

I felt so very angry as they have wasted our time, it would have been understood if we were told that our money was not good enough for them or we are not allowed to order from their shop.

NOT TO BE KEPT WAITING FOR MORE THAN 30 MINUTES WITHOUT ANY ASSISTANCE! WE FELT LIKE FOOLS.

VERY DISSAPOINTED, ANGRY AND HUMILIATED BY THE TREATMENT!!!

Is this how THE BREAD BASKET treat it's customers?
