I placed an ordered for Nandos to be deliverd to my place a few months ago, the driver rocked up 2 hours later and never had change for R200 my items came to around R70 so he suggested that i give him the money and he will be back with my change, been the trusting person that i am i told him it was fine, 2 days went by and no change, i calld the store and spoke to the Manager and he said he will sort it out as he knew which driver came to me i even drove to the store twice .i called the store to speak to the Manager and i now speak to a Geraldine who i never heard of before been all defensive asking me to describe the driver as if i am her. She ays the previous manager is no longer there and there is another manager that she will find out from. She made me feel as if i was lying to her. I am going to teach them a lesson and show them my itemized billings with the calls made and received but truly disappointing with Nandos, watch this space!
