Pizza perfect: rudeness is served

I had the misfortune of dealing with one of your branch staff/owners. i ordered a pizza at the greymont/newlands branch last night at 19.06. one expects, compared to the likes of debonairs, a take away pizza within max 20mins. after about 20mins my friend enquired about our pizza, to which he was told its in the oven. after 30 mins i went to this guy behind the desk and ask what is taking so long, he said he alread told my friend we need to wait and then told me we're in the qeue and gave me the worst attitude ever, raising his voice and almost shouted at me, saying im not his only customer and theyre busy, what do i expect? i must just wait. we finally got our pizza, a 30cm miami, its got like avo on it, not the most difficult to make and costing a rediculous R67, about 45 mins later. The attitide of this is not acceptable. there are so many ways to deal with it and that definately was not it. he has singlehandedly in a 2 minute conversation convinced me to never support any of your franchises again.
