Agressive and shouting at clients

David was asked to pour R150 worth of petrol into my vehicle when I looked up I realised he had already poured more than R270 my wife said stop when he replied by shouting and cursing! I got out and asked him to calm down but he kept on with his shouting and called others into the situation. If this is the kind of service Engen protrudes then I forsee problems as the consumer act tries to minimise such situations. I am shocked by what happened!!! Ben the cashier then refused to give me a cellphone number for a manager as he said the manager can't be reached after hours!! Is this procedure normal?
