Ad service, no apology

I visited the Steers, ordered a chicken burger. I expect to be served with a chicken burger but was served with beef. I do not eat beef for religious reasons. I took a bite and realised it was incorrect. I queries this with the staff, whom insisted that I was wrong. they were rude and spoke among themselves in languages other than English. They continued to argued and even questioned me taking a bite of the burger. I explained that I have expectations to be served correctly. The manager continued to argue and I insisted on a chicken burger but have not received an apology from the manager, who was not seen afterwards. As a matter of principle, the least I expect is an apology.
