Disgusting service

I went at the drive thru last night and afer waiting for 15 minutes i got to to speaker to order there was a notice that the card machine is not working. Then i went to the atm to get money and decided to buy inside. Inside i waited in the que for 25 minutes to order. I got my food went home. When i got home i noticed that the burger was dry. A double quarter pounder with no relish. Only 2 patties with cheese and tomato sauce. Also they didnt put ketchup in the pack. This is what i call dismally poor service.
