Unwelcome and worst Quality

My partner and myself went to McDonalds Durbanville yesterday for Ice Cream and a Snack, using the drive through service. First of all I want to say that the staff in this place has no patience with customers, as you approach the order speaker they request your order, when you ask for a minute to view the menu they ask you for your order again. This was definitely the least of my worries, when we approached the first window to pay the lady accepting my money was plain rude. She didn't greet, not a thank you nothing just shoved my change back and gave us these dirty looks as if too say get on with it. When we received our order they just held it out the window I took it and they walked away once again no thank you of any kind or just at least a friendly face. When we got home I opened my Junior Cheese Burger to find a squashed piece wrapped in paper, they put lettuce on and no ketchup no pickle. As far as I know it comes standard Cheese, Beef, Pickles, Relish. Completely out of my way to drive back I decided to come to Hello Peter. I am tired of lazy incompetent staff who think that they don't need to be friendly because they have had a long tiring day. WE ALL WORK!!!
