Incomplete food

We ordered large spicy cajun and a medium double quarter pounder to our surprise when we got home they were no fries and the Cajun didn't have the usually tomato the quarter pounder only consisted of 2 patties and a slice of cheese in between and some ketchup on the slip it said 3 ketchups but we only got one meaning whoever packed the food was well aware that something's were missing. We didn't check the food cause we trust the franchise but what we got today really proved otherwise that one should always check before living.
