KFC
Pathetic Service Everytime

It is the third time that i have been to KFC Bothasig, and each time that i have been there, the orders are wrong when we get to the pay point. When it is right, all the food ordered is not in the bag and the cold drinks are warm. When we ask them to rectify the problem, we receive answers like "but this is what you ordered" and "you can't order again". There is no specific person who is responsible for the problems, but the overall staff attitude is ridiculous.
