I will never buy from KFC Bothasig again

I went to kfc bothasig drive through of which I ordered a fully loader box meal and a snack meal for my daughter they told me to wait in the car and they will bring my order of which I waited 30minutes, I got my order and left once I got home I saw they never packed in the snack meal of which I had to explain to my daughter of 3 that her food isn't there I had to drive back which cost me petrol and a hungry child and cold food. Just for them to give me dirty looks and attitude I asked for them to sign my slip and the manager of which he stayed in his office and never even acknowledged me. I am so disgusted and this is not the first time this has happened I call head office and still nothing has been resolved. The food is always oily and the chips are so dry but I get the food for my family but there is always a problem. I dnt suggest KFC bothasig to anyone, unless they resolve these matters and train there staff better it take 3 staff memebers to take a order, that's pathetic
